With almost two decades behind the bar, Kitibordee is a restless innovator, constantly learning and experimenting with flavors and crafts. 

This passion for exploration takes him beyond Bangkok on fieldwork trips, where he not only encounters unique ingredients but also mentors bartenders in other cities and provinces. 

At wasteland, his focus on sustainability involves a hands-on and deep-dive into how ingredients change at different stages and state, and their connection with both people and nature.

Dharath has always revolved around all things food, beverages and hospitality, then sustainability. Equipped with a Master Degree in Food Studies (NYU), and currently pursuing a degree in Social Innovation and Sustainability.

His experience and network are instrumental in connecting people, plans, and initiatives, driving all key aspects—for example from sourcing and partnerships to education and sustainability, alongside with wastelanders and collaborators. 

Beyond his work with wasteland, he also works and contributes to various local and international projects.
